Counter Strike : Update

Due to some technical glitches counter Strike source will not be used in the gaming event instead counter strike version 1.6  will be used.

Notice

Kindly note that the Group Discussion and Debate are two INDEPENDENT events. Debate preliminary will be a group discussion but THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE event of Group Discussion.

Eight(8) people will be selected from the preliminaries and will be grouped into 4 teams of 2 members each.

The Final debate will be a panel debate(as often seen on news channels). The final teams will be given the debate topic a night before the event along with the 'roles'( side of the debate they'll represent).

A Technical Talk by Mr. Swapneel Patnekar on "How to Learn Programming the Hard way" will be given on 27th Feb 2011 only for Genesys v2.0 delegates

Teams who have registered for Team Events (MAD ADs, Treasure Hunt, Counter Strike Source, Quiz etc...) at Genesys v2.0 should make sure that all members of the team have registered for Genesys v2.0 and that the corresponding Registration Numbers are entered in the Event list at the Help Desk
Failing this will cause the Entire Team to be disqualified.
